Shipping terms: D.D.P. 555Printed will arrange shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping and handling costs. 555Printed is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transportation.
Order Processing Time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak times, there may be slight delays. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for all delivery charges. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please check this section based on the carriers you support.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. Any fees incurred during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
555Printed is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted once the order is processed and/or shipped. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receiving the merchandise. We will only replace orders that were processed incorrectly. Replacements will be made only after receiving the returned merchandise. We will not replace orders if we determine they were misused or mishandled by the buyer, or if part of the order was used and part is being returned.
